The history of this work has its starting point in Europe, it was founded in the city of Brescia – Itália (Italy) whose main character was Father João Piamarta who will be unforgettable. He was the founder of Holy Family Congregation of Nazareth. He was beatified on October 12th, 1997 by the Pope John Paul, the Second.
He left this mission for those who really love the Congregation which is well – defined: to educate and train the poor young people vocationally. It has crossed the whole world through time and space.
In 1957, on October 8th in Brazil where the first Piamarta Fathers had arrived. We can find a huge number of educationally unattended children and young people. They settled down in Maranhão State, in São Bento dos Perry City.
